Previously, he also worked as a reserve for Haas and Alfa Romeo Racing.

Giovinazzi was born on December 14, 1993, in Martina Franca, Apulia, Italy, and started karting in 2000. He won the WSK Master Series in the KF2 class in both 2010 and 2011.

His single-seater career started by competing in Formula Pilota China in 2012. Similarly, he competed in the 2013 British Formula Three Championship season with the Double R Racing team.

The Italian racing driver debuted in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship in 2013 with Double R.

Moreover, Giovinazzi competed in the Asian Le Mans Series in the LMP2 class in 2016.

His Formula journey began with Sauber, and became the first Italian driver to start a Formula One race since Jarno Trulli and Vitantonio Liuzzi at the 2011 Brazilian Grand Prix.

After losing his F1 seat to Chinese racing driver Guanyu Zhou, Giovinazzi moved to Formula E and signed a deal with Dragon Penske Autosport.

The Italian racer’s Formula E gig must have allowed him to add to his net worth of around $1-$2 million.

Le Mans 2026 Winner

Ferrari won the Le Mans 24 Hours race by toppling Toyota. Ferrari last competed at Le Mans in 1973, and in their return after 50 years, they won the race.

The trio drivers of Ferrari, Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado, and Antonio Giovinazzi, claimed victory in the No. 51 Ferrari AF Corse after the No.8 Toyota Hypercar crashed with less than two hours left.

The Le Mans 24hr race’s winning prize is unknown, but the winners were announced to get Rolex Daytona.
