Julio Cesar Urias Acosta is a Mexican professional baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Urias was born to his parents on August 12, 1996, in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico. He started playing with the Mexico national youth team in his early teens.
