A former basketball player-turned-coach Charles Lee and his wife, Lindsey Lee, are parents of three kids. Like the Washington D.C. native, his spouse Lindsey also used to play basketball.
Born on November 11, 1984, Lee was the guard for Bucknell University’s basketball team & even led his college to two straight Patriot League Championships.
The 6 feet 3 inches (1.9 m) tall player, though, went undrafted in the 2006 NBA draft. As a result, he got NBA’s summer league and pre-season invitation from the San Antonio Spurs.

Then, he would become a basketball coach in 2012, joining his alma mater Bucknell University.
Later, Lee landed as an NBA coach in 2014, for the Atlanta Hawks, before surfing with Milwaukee Bucks & then with the Boston Celtics.
Charles Lee Wife Lindsey Lee: Parents Of Three Kids
Lindsey Lee (born Lindsey Geosits) is a 2006 Bucknell University graduate and former Bison women’s basketball player.
She studied Bachelor of Arts specializing in Economics for four years at Bucknell from 2002 to 2006 while captaining the Bison women’s basketball team.
After her graduation, she joined Merrill Lynch as a Vice President and worked there until 2012. Since then, Lindsey has been working as the Development Officer of the Annual Fund at Bucknell University.
The basketball couple met at Bucknell and fell in love with each other. Although Charles moved to Europe following his passion for basketball, the pair’s relationship remained strong.

After Charles retired from professional basketball in 2010, Lindsey suggested that he would be a good salesman in the financial market.
But sitting with one of her roommates on the trading floor, he realized that he wanted to do something fast-paced if he wasn’t going to be playing anymore.
Eventually, Charles landed a job in June 2012 at his alma mater, Bucknell University, as an assistant men’s basketball coach. The couple were thrilled with the news.
Charles Lee is now happily married to his college sweetheart Lindsey. They have three children together named Corinne, Vivian, and Josephine Lee.
As the couple has been a part of Buckwell’s history, they are still close to the university. Lindsey used to attend the annual alumni game, and Charles also made some guest appearances at basketball events.
A New Assistant Coach At Boston Celtics
Lee had been with the Milwaukee Bucks coaching staff for the past four seasons since 2018. Reportedly in 2026, he headed to the Boston Celtics as its top assistant coach.
Lee will become the lead assistant of Boston coach Joe Mazzula after the huge acquisition of Sam Cassell to Mazzulla’s coaching staff.

Even though Lee was pursued for several top assistant coaching jobs in the offseason, he landed with the Celtics.
Described to be a highly regarded bench tactician in the NBA, Lee will join former Philadelphia 76ers assistant Sam Cassell on the Celtics’ coaching staff.
