Although he started out at WWE in 2006, he did not get much stardom. Hence, he decided to move to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and Total Nonstop Wrestling (TNT).

After years of effort and developing his skills, he is finally back in the big game. 

Rhodes finally earned his big showcase after winning the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble match. 

Along with his finisher, “The Cross Rhodes,” he entered WrestleMania 39 to fight against Roman Reigns. 

There was a valiant effort from Cody; however, he lost the match against for both the WWE Universal and WWE Championship.

Cody Rhodes was born on June 30, 1985, to WWE legend “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes and Michelle Rhodes. 

The wrestler was raised in a Christian household and belongs to a mixed ethnicity. Moreover, his astrological sign is Cancer, and he believes wholly in faith. 

The Rhodes family has brought up their child in an amazing environment alongside his three older siblings.

He has two half-sisters and a brother from his father’s first marriage. Furthermore, Cody’s brother Dusty Rhodes is also a professional wrestler involved with the WWE.  

The wrestler attended Lassiter High School and was a good kid and student growing up. 

During high school, he actively participated in high school wrestling; however, he decided to pursue acting after graduation. 

Additionally, also from a Christian household, Cody also loves his family and often shares pictures of them on his . 

Is Cody Rhodes Married? 

The wrestler is a happily married man and has been with Brandi Reed since the early 2010s. 

In fact, he met his future wife during his early days at the WWE. Brandi, like her superstar husband, is an American professional wrestler.

Moreover, she has also dabbled into the profession of a ring announcer, model, businesswoman, civil rights proponent, and television personality.

Reed’s claim to fame mostly can be said to be due to her time as the former Chief Brand Officer of the wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

She aimed to become an ice skating competitor when she was at college. Furthermore, she graduated from the University of Michigan on a full scholarship. 

After relocating to Miami, Florida, Brandi decided to pursue a career in modeling and acting, which finally led her to the world of wrestling. 

Brandi and Cody, after dating for a couple of years, finally decided to tie the knot three years later, on 12th September 2013. 

The couple are also blessed with one child; a baby girl named “Liberty Iris Rhodes.”
