Reflecting on his career journey from Houston to Arizona, he expressed his desire for a consistent leadership structure, highlighting that he has experienced multiple changes in general managers over the past few years.

Hopkins stated, “What I want is stable management upstairs. I think that’s something that has been lacking in my career, transitioning from Houston to Arizona, where I’ve encountered three to four GM changes.”
