Justin Louis Thomas is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour and currently ranks #15 on the world rankings.

The two-time PGA Championship winner became the 21st player to top the Official World Golf Ranking in May 2018.

He started playing golf at an early age. And prior to his junior year at North Oldham Middle School, he played in the Wyndham Championship, becoming the third-youngest to make the cut in a PGA Tour event at 16 years, 3 months and 24 days.

Thomas committed to play at the University of Alabama and became the first Alabama golfer to win both the Fred Haskins and Jack Nicklaus award.

Similarly, after turning professional in 2013, he earned his tour card on the Web.com. His first professional win came at the 2014 Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship.

The Louisville native earned his PGA Tour card in 2015 after his fifth finish in the 2014 Web.com Tour regular season and third finish at the Web.com Tour Finals.

Thomas tasted his first victory on PGA Tour at the CIMB Classic by a single stroke over Adam Scott.

Moreover, he has 15 PGA Tour wins, 4 European Tour wins, 2 Asian Tour wins, 1 Korn Ferry Tour win, and one other win as far in his professional career.

Justin was born on April 29, 1993, to Mike Thomas and Janice Thomas. His father, Mike, was also a professional golfer. He played in the 1962 US Open and finished 15th at the 1983 US Senior Open.

Mike was the head professional at the Harmony Landing Country Club in Goshen, Kentucky. Currently, he serves as a coach to aspiring young golfers.

Sadly, not much information is available about his mother.

Moreover, Justin is a married man. The professional golfer tied the knot with Jillian Wisniewski in November 2026.

The pair started dating around 2016, and after dating for five years, Justin gathered enough courage and asked Jillian to marry him. They got engaged in November 2026.

Wisniewski is a University of Kentucky graduate of the class 2015. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, she started working at McGarryBowen as an administrative assistant.

She currently serves as a senior business manager after working for 7 years as a production business manager at the same company.

Justin and Jillian do not share any kids as of now but have a pet dog named Franklin.
