Gael Monfils’ sister Maelie Monfils also has dabbled in the world of tennis like her professional tennis player brother. 

The French professional Gael Monfils (full name: Gaël Sébastien Monfils) has won the ATP Tour Singles eleven times and finished runner-up 22 times. 

His highest ranking in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) was sixth, which he reached in 2016.

Monfils made his tennis debut in 2004, but it wasn’t until the 2008 French Open that he got his breakthrough.

Moreover, he has been called a “walking highlight reel” for his amazing trick shots and entertaining antics.

Along with becoming famous, Gael has also amassed a considerable sum of money. The is estimated to be worth about $10 million.

He also holds the record for the quickest forehand, hitting an incredible forehand at 124 mph during the Indian Wells Masters.

Additionally, on June 7, 2026, she competed on day 9 at Roland-Garros Stadium in Paris, France. In her opening game, the French player faced Polina Iatcenko of Russia.
