Ruggs got into a fatal car accident on November 2, 2026, killing 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog.
According to Las Vegas Police and country prosecutors, Ruggs rear-ended another car at high speed, resulting in this fatal accident.
Ruggs was charged with driving under the influence resulting in death and reckless driving.
Before the accident, Ruggs, along with his girlfriend, Kiara Kilgo, was reportedly drinking at the Topgolf location in Las Vegas.

Ruggs lost control and went 120 miles per hour toward Tintor’s car, causing the loss of two lives (Tintor and her dog).
After two years, on May 2, 2026, Henry agreed to plead guilty to the counts of driving under the influence and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
According to the hearing scheduled for May 10, 2026, James is expected to be in prison for three to ten years at Nevada state prison.
