Jordan Smith is married to his wife, Ellie Melling; however, the couple does not have any kids as of now.

Jordan Lewis Smith is an English who currently competes in the European Tour.

Born on November 9, 1992, in Bath, Somerset, England, Smith started his professional career in 2014.

In 2015, most of the time, he played on the PGA EuroPro Tour and won twice. 

After he won the tour’s Order of Merit, Smith earned a Challenge Tour card for 2016, where he won the Red Sea Egyptian Challenge and the Ras Al Khaimah Golf Challenge.

In the 2026 season, he claimed his second European Tour victory at the Portugal Masters. It was a wire-to-wire victory as Smith shot 30-under-par for four rounds to defeat Gavin Green by three shots.

Overall, the English golfer has a total of 7 professional wins, including two on the European Tour and two on the Challenge Tour.

Jordan Smith’s wife, Ellie Melling, was born on December 02, 1993.

She attended Bath College and completed her extended Diploma in Photography. Melling, having completed her diploma in Photography, opted to pursue a bachelor’s degree in arts.

After a few years, she enrolled at Pitman Training Group for the Virtual Assistant Diploma course and graduated with distinction.

Melling joined Proud Galleries Camden as a part-time gallery assistant after completing her undergraduate degree.

Similarly, she served as a sales advisor at Pandora and a waitress at La Flambe as a part-time worker.

Eventually, she landed a full-time job as a customer service and sales representative at Dyson and was promoted to process support advisor/administrator within a few months.

Ellie is currently freelancing, providing virtual assistance to business owners and several businesses.

She offers administrative support and lifestyle management, including Diary Management, Data entry, Client Liaison, etc.

Married Life And Kids

Jordan Smith and Ellie Melling started dating around the year 2017, assuming their first Instagram post together.

Smith immediately realized that Ellie was the one with whom he wanted to live the rest of his life.

In December 2018, the professional golfer went down on one knee and asked her to be his wife, and YES, said Ellie.

After being engaged for almost three years, the pair tied the knot in holy matrimony on August 21, 2026.

Jordan took his to Ellie and posted a picture of their wedding with the caption, “BEST WEEKEND EVER.”

However, the Smith couple is yet to welcome their baby.

If you scroll through his Instagram feed, you will find pictures of him with his nephew and having the best time together.

This makes it evident that the British golfer is fond of kids and would like to have one in the near future, but as of now, the pair do not seem to have immediate plans for children.
