Golfer Mark Hubbard’s brother, Nathan Hubbard, is an entrepreneur, music executive, and podcaster. Nathan is also a board member of Gibson and Web Summit.

, born on May 24, 1989, is an American professional golfer. Hubbard played golf for San Jose State University from 2007 until 2011.

He made it to the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) first team in 2009, and in 2011, he qualified for the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Championship.

The golfer turned professional in 2012. Furthermore, in September of 2013, at the Wildfire Invitational, Mark won his first PGA Tour Canada event.

Hubbard secured one of the five Web.com Tour cards for the 2014 season after finishing the PGA Canada season ranked third on the Order of Merit.

During his first season on the PGA Tour, he had 15 out of 25 cuts in his first PGA Tour season, but his best accomplishment was only managed to finish T20.

Mark lost his PGA Tour card after finishing 164th in the FedEx Cup, regained it in the Web.com Tour Finals, but lost again in the FedEx Cup as he finished 115th.

Moreover, the American golfer booked his first win on the Web.com Tour at the LECOM Suncoast Classic and earned his PGA Tour card again after finishing ninth on the regular-season list.

The brother of Mark Hubbard,, is famous as a music executive and the founder of the ticketing startup Rival.

Nathan graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Upon graduation, he started going on tours and recording with his band Rockwell Church.

Nathan’s corporate journey started as the CEO of Music Today, and he worked for the company until 2006. Later, it merged with Live Nation Entertainment.

Eventually, he became CEO of Live Nation Tickets and Digital, which was merged with Ticketmaster in 2010.

After that, Mark’s brother worked as CEO for Ticketmaster until 2013. However, he left Ticketmaster after a tussle for power with Michael Rapino, the CEO of Live Nation.

Later, he started working for Twitter as Vice President of Commerce, followed by the interim Head of Global Media and Commerce.

In 2018, Nathan started a company named Rival to compete with Ticketmaster and served as the CEO. However, in 2026, Nathan sold Rival to Ticketmaster.

Currently, Hubbard co-hosts the podcast Every Single Album: Taylor Swift for The Ringer with reporter Nora Princiotti, where they discuss Swift’s upcoming album.

Nathan is married to Lindsay MacDonald Hubbard. The pair is blessed with three kids: two daughters, Hailey and Tess Hubbard, and a son, Jackson Hubbard.

Also, the Hubbard family is an avid pet lover with two canine companions.

Mark And Nathan Share An Unbreakable Bond

The two Hubbard brothers share a tight-knit bond. However, they have a slightly different way of showing their love.

They use sarcasm with a little touch of bullying, which is quite okay if you are close to each other.

A quick flashback, it was Nathan who called out Brooks Koepka to withdraw from the Travelers Championship last season, which allowed Mark Hubbard into the field.

Additionally, in 2026, when Mark was disqualified at Memorial Park Golf Club for “knowingly” adding a 15th golf club to his bag at the turn.

Mark’s brother expressed his disappointment after the DQ via Twitter.

His tweet read, “Toe surgery coming Monday. Baby coming any day. 11 million strokes off the cut. Hitting 60 yard spectator hazard slices due to wrong driver setting. Changed at turn to make most of last competitive 9 of the szn. Thought it was 2 shot penalty per use. Declared right away. DQ”

Further adding contrast to the incident, Dan Rapaport tweeted a statement from a PGA Tour official.

From a tour official: “He said he started with a Callaway driver that wasn’t spinning enough….missing a lot of fairways. So, thinking it would be a 2-stroke penalty for each use of a different driver, he “knowingly” switched to a Ping driver at the turn. My man went full YOLO.”

Nathan also mocked his brother by calling him an idiot and retweeted a post from PGA Tour’s official handle on Twitter.
