John Ryder’s wife, Nancy Bizzle, has been in a relationship with the boxer since 2007. Nancy shares two kids with John. 

It isn’t clear whether the British boxer has tied the knot with Nancy as there is no photographic proof of their wedding.

But the couple might have wanted it to be just a private affair.

Born and raised in Islington, London, Ryder began his boxing journey in 2010. Since then, Ryder has fought 37 bouts, winning 32, out of which 18 were by knockouts.

So after more than a decade into the game, on May 6, Ryder will face who is considered to be the most prominent opponent of his career, . 

Alvarez is heavily tipped to come out on top against Ryder, but the British boxer says he is ready to stun the world.

And if he loses, John “The Gorilla” Ryder will consider retiring from boxing.

John Ryder’s wife, Nancy Bizzle, is a former student of City and Islington College. 

The longtime partner of John Ryder, Nancy Bizzle, has chosen to keep herself away from the public limelight. But there are occasions where John has shared sweet posts for his best friend and the love of his life. 

Born on February 1990, Nancy Bizzle’s actual last name is Burbridge. She is available on Facebook with the username Nancy Burbridge but was last active in 2018.

Her last post was of John’s fight against the Russian boxer, Andrey Sirotkin, against whom John emerged victorious. 

John and Nancy went public with their romantic relationship in 2008, with Nancy sharing several photos with the boxer of their trip to Cyprus. 

A year later, Nancy shared an admiration post for John’s 21st birthday and also included pictures from the birthday celebration. By then, John and Nancy seem to have introduced each other to their families.

Even the toughest people can have the softest spot for the people they love, and John has one for his better half.

On February 15, 2026, the boxer shared a romantic post for Nancy on Valentine’s Day. It might’ve been a day later, but Nancy certainly wouldn’t have minded it.

It was a rare occasion for the boxer to share a post about his partner, as the previous one dates back to 2014. 

In June 2014, he shared a car selfie with Nancy, and two months before, the couple had made a public outing to a Charity Boxing Dinner.

The couple experienced parenthood for the first time in 2014 after they gave birth to their first child, a daughter, Heidi Ryder, on August 24, 2014.

Eight weeks after the birth of his daughter, John shared an Instagram post updating his fans that he had become a father.

In recent years, Nancy has shown interest in gymnastics and last year, even won a gold medal in a competition.

The proud father with the gold medal wrapped around her neck and thanked her club, Calypsogymnastics.

The family of three added a new member in 2019 after they welcomed their second child, a son, Brody Ryder. 

It is to be seen if the little man follows in his father’s footsteps. But for now, he is more than happy twinning with his dad and seeing him win.
