Michael Block’s parents, Dan and Mary Block, will celebrate their 52nd anniversary on May 25, 2026.

Michael Block, an American professional golfer, was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on June 15, 1976.

The golfer received attention after he made the cut in the recent 2026 PGA Championship.

The 46-year-old golf instructor at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, California, received a prestigious sponsor exemption for the upcoming Charles Schwab Challenge.

The tournament, scheduled to take place from May 25 to 28, will be held at the esteemed Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas.

Before the 2026 PGA Championship, the player’s career included the 2001 California State Open.

Not only that, he also won the PGA Professional National Championship in 2014.

Michael Block was born to Dan and Mary Block on June 15, 1976. Block’s parents have been married for more than five decades.

The couple will celebrate their 52nd year of togetherness on May 26, 2026.

The golfer has not mentioned much about his parents, but according to Michael’s post, they seem to be close.

“My life’s changed, but my life’s only changed for the better,” the 46-year-old said after his 2026 PGA championship.

“I’ve got my family. I’ve got my friends. I’ve got the people that really love me and care about me here. It’s been an epic experience.”

He often shares pictures of his family on social media, showing his admiration for them.

Block had never made the cut at a before the 2026 PGA championship. The player could keep up with the best in the game for 72 tense holes.

At the end of the game, grabbed Block and gave him a long hug. Like this, there were many moments in Sunday’s pairing.

But nothing can beat Block’s shot on Sunday at the 151-yard, par-3 15th hole.

“I’m living a dream. It’s not going to get any better than this,” Block said after his round.

Block has secured a place among the top 15 and ties. The player is guaranteed to play in the next PGA Championship in Valhalla.

The golfer achieved the best finish for a club pro since Lonnie Nielsen finished in a tie for 11th place in 1986 at Inverness Club.
