Mirra Andreeva and her sister Erika Andreeva are making a solid reputation for themselves in the world of tennis. 

Mirra Aleksandrovna Andreeva is a professional tennis player who was born on April 29, 2007, in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. 

In the WTA, she has a career-high singles ranking of No. 143, which she obtained on May 22, 2026.

After achieving a wildcard for the singles event, the player debuted on the WTA Tour at the 2026 Jasmin Open.

Additionally, she also reached the final of the Junior Australian Open in January 2026.

At the age of 15, Andreeva earned a wildcard in the WTA 1000 2026 Mutua Madrid Open. Eventually, Mirra won her first career WTA match.

Moreover, the talented player became the third youngest player to win this tournament.

Mirra went up more than 50 positions to World No. 146 on May 8, 2026, moving up into the top 150 of the rankings.

Furthermore, she qualified for her Grand Slam debut at the 2026 French Open, where she is ranked 143rd.

Erika Andreeva, born on June 24, 2004, is three years older than Mirra. The Russian sisters have impressed tennis enthusiasts worldwide. 

The Andreeva sister moved to Sochi to be more proficient in tennis. Later, they set up their training headquarters in Canes, France.

Like her sister, Erika is a talented tennis star who was ranked as high as No. 114 by the WTA on April 24, 2026.

Moreover, on August 22, 2026, she earned the career-high WTA doubles rankings of world no. 487.

Not only that, the sister has won one double and three single titles on the ITF Circuit.

At the US Open, she made her major debut after winning three qualifying matches. As the fans say, the sisters’ duo is not new on the tennis field.

While Mirra was just a toddler, she went to practice matches and training with Erika, and they both grew up to be talented tennis players.

Mirra has said that she gets more nervous watching her sister’s game than playing her own.

Her biggest fear was that her sister’s match would begin too late for her to stay and see it.

The 19 years old Mirra told the secret of achieving her dream of ’25 Grand Slams’ is to not be a ‘diva’ at a press conference after Ronald Garros’ game against.

The player has also mentioned that she currently wants to win match by match without losing or missing any games.

She faced world No. 6 and 2016 runner-up Gauff at Roland Garros, and if she keeps playing like this, she has no reason to stop winning.

 ‘The dream… well I know Novak Djokovic won 22 Grand Slams, so I want to go until 25!

Additionally, it’s hard to avoid comparisons with her opponent. However, Mirra says that she isn’t successful yet; she hasn’t won tournaments, but she will play Ronald Garros with all her might.

Furthermore, Gauff and have trained with each other before. The player also mentioned that she has a school and has been neglecting schoolwork due to tennis.
