A noted NFL figure himself, the Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson is a fan of the NBA, MLB & NHL. In mid-May 2026, he was seen attending Game 1 of the NBA Conference Finals, where the Nuggets defeated the Lakers.
As the Denver Nuggets made their victory over the LA Lakers by 132-126, dominating the first three quarters, Wilson showed his praise for the game with applause.
In that game, the Nuggets’ center scored a triple-double with 34 points, 21 rebounds & 14 assists. It was the fourth 30-pointer & 20-pointer triple-double in the NBA playoffs history.
On the other side, of the Lakers scored the game-high 40 points.

The milestone came after the 2014 NBA draft pick scored double-doubles with 35 points & 16 rebounds in a 122-109 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, on April 8, 2026.
Russell Wilson, who then played for the Seattle Seahawks, along with his wife, R&B singer Ciara, attended the history-making game.
