Simone Bolelli is married to Ximena Fleitas. Bolelli’s wife is his greatest supporter.

Simone Bolelli is an Italian who is a Grand Slam champion.

He started playing tennis at the tender age of 7 in Bologna and has been playing ever since. Growing up, the Italian player admired Stefan Edberg and Patrick Rafter.

Playing professionally, Bolelli reached his first ITF Futures tournament semifinal at Egypt F1.

A decade after Simone Bolelli and Fabio Fobnini lifted the Argentina Open title for the first time, they reunited at the 2026 Argentina Open.

This time also, the results were no different. En route to the championship, they eliminated Brazilian Marcelo Demoliner and Andrea Vavassori before facing Nicolas Barrientos and Ariel Behar.

The Italian duo cruised to a 6-2, 6-4 final victory, lifting the trophy for the second time.

Moreover, in 2015, they won their maiden Grand Slam trophy at the Australian Open.
