Tara Lipinski married sports producer Todd Kapostasy on June 24, 2017, in Middleton Place, South Carolina. 

Johnny Weir, a figure skater and TV commentator, was one of the bridesmen at the wedding party. Famous skater Scott Hamilton visited the event.

Tara and Todd Kapostasy met at the Sports Emmy Award on May 5th, 2015. She presented him with the award at the event.

Todd was born in Ohio on July 7, 1983. He finished high school in 2002 and went to Brown University. He studied politics and history there.
