On October 15, 2026, 23XI Racing announced that they had acquired Tyler Reddick’s contract from RCR, thus enabling him to replace Kurt Busch and drive the No. 45 car for the 2026 season.

Following the development, Reddick commenced the 2026 season with a disappointing 39th-place did-not-finish (DNF) at the Daytona 500.

However, he swiftly redeemed himself a month later by securing his first season victory in a thrilling triple-overtime race at COTA.

Currently, Clarence focuses on forging beneficial partnerships, including associations with JR Motorsports, BurgerFi, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Amour Chili, Pinnacle Financial, and Takl.

In his LinkedIn profile, he states that the Reddick family has experienced success in various ventures, such as founding Broken Bow Music Group and owning five auto dealerships in California.
