Turkish basketball player Cedi Osman started his career with Anadolu Efes in 2012. He currently serves as a small forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association(NBA).
Cedi is best known for his limp hair, frantic play, and wild on-court celebrations with the Cavaliers. He was the 31st overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft by Minnesota Timberwolves. Later, he was traded to Cleveland Cavaliers in 2017.

Cedi Osman: Basketball Career
As previously mentioned, Osman started playing basketball at a very young age. In 2001, he started playing basketball with KK Bosna’s youth team. However, his professional basketball career began in 2007.
Professional Career
After his incredible performance at KK Bosna, he signed a youth team contract with Anadolu Efes.
Moreover, Osman was loaned out for the 2011-12 season to Pertevniyal of the Turkish Basketball Premier League. Later in 2012, he signed a professional contract with the Anadolu Efes senior team.
As of now, he is playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers as a small forward. His journey with Cleveland is very long.
In 2018, Osman contributed 16 points, six rebounds, and five assists in a 38 minutes game with Atlanta Hawks. The Cavaliers reached the 2018 NBA Finals but lost 40 to the Golden State Warriors.
Cedi scored a career-high 29 points on January 25, 2019, in a 100-94 loss to the Miami Heat. A few days later, he was named a participant in the Rising Stars Challenge 2019 as a member of the World Team.
Osman signed an extension contract with the Cavaliers on 26th October 2019.

Cedi Osman played the 2011 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship and the 2012 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship. He was named the Most Talented Player and won a bronze medal in the 2012 Albert Schweitzer Tournament.
